徒然F30 2021/3-1 Clutch judder problem with my F30

Firstly, I took a look at BMW-related web sites world-wide and found out lots of facts. I also got in touch with BMW owners, web-site managers, and other good and helpful people mostly in the US and the UK. I found little information within my own country probably because BMWs with 6MT are pretty rare here in my place. It took me days to look up all the information, however, it was of great worth for sure. Actually, I felt very sad and frustrated knowing the fact that clutch judder problem with F30 is quite common and well-known among bimmers. Making bad thing worse, sounds like BMW is not willing to help us, F30 owners, officially. I mean, no official recall or any kind of free maintenance program under warranty. This is obviously not fair, from my standpoint. My sadness turned into anger at this point. Something is wrong with BMW, right?

Information source was not very clear; however, I finally found an official opinion about this issue! It said, according to the manufacturer, “the cause is high spots on the friction surface caused by repeated clutch use in traffic, and heat build up”. This is coupled with the fact that the friction material is different to that which was used years ago. Which is because asbestos is not available in producing clutch disc friction material and which diminishes disc performance. This information sounds quite reasonable to me. Okay, the inappropriate quality of the clutch disc is probably the most significant cause of this issue. Then, who should be taking responsibility? Who should be paying for it? I would think, that would be the manufacturer, the BMW! Anyway, before jumping to that point, let’s look up the solution. What is the solution? Solutions would be, to replace the clutch and check the flywheel. Another brutal way of fixing this unpleasant phenomenon might be, burning the surface of the clutch disc by trying to pull out with handbrake on, like, a few seconds.

I would need to think about other possibilities, which could be related to this problem. Those would be,
double mass flywheels (leak oil over the clutch)
clutch delay valve
release bearing assembly
drive shaft bearing
DME (digital motor electronics) programing

Okay, I’ve got enough information. Let’s talk to BMW and see what’s happen. I’m writing this not to fight against BMW but to calm down myself. Sorry for my erratic English. You can fix it if you want. Thanks!
